I love that they offer more than just pain meds. I get radio frequency nerve blocks that not only helps my pain, but I can function as I should for 6-8 months with very MINIMAL pain meds at all. I personally don't care for the pain meds and I try to only use them between procedures.

He is so in tune with his patient(s), its always kinda scary to crawl up on the table for any procedure. He takes the time to explain everything you might experience before you actually do. That in itself is fantastic, but also explains along the "trail to relief" how it's going to work and what to expect as well as what to do and not to do. I get so much relief from my procedure that it's a near life changing event to get that much relief. Listen to him, believe, and have faith.

When they first opened several years ago there were problems that to some extent were to be expected. They have undergone several different providers. For the first time my medication was paid by insurance & thats because, of Shannon Bearden. Were it not for him & Shannon putting the breaks on my favorite procedure I could have ended up doing really bad damage to my body.Update the main rather HUGE PROBLEM with this place is turn over new Dr Brown very good and compassionate new anesthesiologist good quick. But, the Huge problem is that DR ABRAMS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO FILL YOUR RX ON TEXAS SIDE SO WHEN THE ARKANSAS SIDE IS OUT LIKE NOW YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY EFFECTIVE MEDICATION TILL JANUARY/FEBRUARY OF 2023. Texas pharmacies will allow out of state drs to issue these rx so the problem isnt Texas but, advanced interventional pain mgt. I would give most of staff Eddie, Dr Brown and new nurse 5 stars. But if you need pain meds to function find someone on Texas side because Dr Abrams will not let you get your meds there.
