I've never heard of a construction project not being an over-budget and beyond-timeline nightmare. Keith, on the other hand, works hard to be sure that his construction projects are downright pleasant! Our project was done earlier than he had projected, he was easily accessible and responded promptly, and I am confident in the quality of the materials and labor. He also let me know that if I ever have any concerns, no matter how long from when it was completed, to just contact him. I think I'll probably only need to contact him again when I'm ready for him to do another project.The once unusable room is now a beautiful place that gets a lot of use! Thank you, Keith!

Keith and his team are highly trained and professional. QC remodeled our powder room for us and it came out beautifully. Keith helped me select my tile and ceiling light, which I am grateful for because it all just came together perfectly. Keith's team really delivers quality work! Keith remodeled our kids' bathroom and turned it from a pink, one-sink, mid-1950s dinosaur to something modern and usable by two teenagers. We found Keith to be very conscientious, forthright, honest, friendly, and always wanting to please. His work was also very exacting. As an example, after demo was completed, the first thing he did was to set up a laser level and lay out the location of EVERYTHING so that all the parts would all line up in the end. There were a few issues along the way having to do with the quality of the work from some of the subs. We've never dealt with a contractor on a project where there weren't any issues, and the real measure of the contractor is how he deals with those issues. In our case, Keith made everything right in the end (and he doesn't use those subs anymore!) The rest of the subs (especially those for cabinets, tile, and electrical) did absolutely phenomenal work!!! Keith was onsite nearly every day and he held weekly status meetings with us. He always cleaned up the site every day (especially before inspections), and he was present for all the inspections. He probably won't be the lowest bidder on a job, but you get what you pay for and I think his price was fair. In short, we would use him again!
