Women's bathroom is broken, and the faucet is unreliable, which means employees aren't washing hands! Employees write the disabled faucet as no big deal. Think on that for a min! Music a little too loud. No free coffee refills. At the price charged what about. 50 2nd cup? Some good employees some "too busy" being busy...

The service is quick and there was plenty of stock and flavors. I had a few questions about the donuts and they were all answered by the cashier. They also have a drive through in the side.

I came in and nobody was at the register. Ok fine. I heard idle chit-chat in the back but I just figured they would come out soon. I waited around for maybe 2 minutes until someone else came in. Once this person came in, they were immediately greeted with a "Hello, welcome in, how may I help you". I understand, that maybe I wasn't heard when I came in, so I just placed my order (after the person who came in after me was finished and left). I then proceeded to tell the young person what happened in a very calm voice, verbatim: "I actually came in before that other person and have been waiting for someone to come out. It doesn't feel very good with the feeling of being ignored". This is REAL the issue, he did not acknowledge what I said, no apology, not even an excuse. He just handed me my order and walked away. This was exceptionally immature and unprofessional, and yes, it kinda hurt too. I will not be back.
