' I love living here have been here for 6 years just signed my renewal everyone in the office is amazing. Jennifer, Carol and Israel are awesome whenever I have an issue I call the team and it gets handled. Jennifer the community manager is awesome and is always there to answer or help with any concerns. All the negative reviews are from people that didn't either read their lease agreement or just want to complain. I have not had an negative experience here and love living here. The office staff is awesome. You wont regret living here. Perks plenty of parking, office staff is amazing, community events are held by the office to get everyone involved in the community, pools are always kept up and the community is clean. Renewal rates are beyond fair. Maintenance staff is always prompt and get the work orders done in a timely matter and if your work order gets overlooked just call the office and ask. Everyone gets busy and just a friendly reminder will go a long way.

Lived here for a couple of years. The community is clean and they areas are well kept. Customer service is not the best. One time I caught the office staff mocking me for the way I talked

Literally one of the worst places you can move. Despite the high prices the unit themselves are furnished with old and refurbished appliances. The quality of the apartments is low with no quality design on the inside. I still live here now. The staff won't answer your questions when you have them but expect you to be okay with their demands which include you moving out of your apartment so they can make repairs. The raise rents 200 dollars a year as well. Worst of all it's not a safe place to live especially if you have children. There have literally been over 20 Break Ins in last month alone. Your garages will be broken into so don't keep valuables in the garage if you are stupid enough to lease an apartment at this dump. Not worth almost 3k a month for a one bedroom that's for sure.
