Kaizen Collision Center - Anaheim

After looking at a lot of reviews of Repair facilities on Google, I chose Kaizen collision Center. I usually go to the local Ford dealer, but in all honesty, I am tired of being jerked around by them. When I went to Kaizen, I met a gentleman by the name of Lee who Took initiative. Got my car checked in and assured me that the repair would not take as long as what I was expecting through previous experience at my local Ford dealer. Kept in contact with me through the entire process with updates and even contacted me a day before he had scheduled the completion to let me know my vehicle was ready Cleaned and buffed out completely and that I could pick it up. I am very pleased with how they repaired my vehicle and made it look just as good as new. It drives like new and it looks like new and that makes me very happy. I will refer anyone who needs their vehicle repaired to Kaizen collision repair . Thank you, Lee.
