My brother helped me to get an audi a7 from this dealer like 2 months ago, now is a lemon car the transmission needs to be replaced!!! Please avoid this dealer, they sell lemon cars. We realized in carfax the car was in an accident before... they didn't tell us before buying it... as i said do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership, they sell lemon cars...

Servicing my 2 Hondas here successfully, including today's, since I acquired them, also from Hardin, in 2019 and 2022. The service guys are very polite and courteous. They really care about you having painless experiences. Happy to be their customer and plan to consider them for new purchases in the future.

Extremely pushy salesman. They will call you several times a week without leaving a message. Initially set up an appointment to purchase a vehicle, but was called 3x within 48h by three different salesman asking if I was still in the market. Before that they called relentlessly. Theres no communication between the salesman, and this is borderline harassment.
