I did not recieve any paper work documenting what was asked for in the service request. My request was: 1. Service all outstanding recalls. Most notable was the replacement of a heater core. 2. Service of my brakes. The car was only at $20K miles but I was told/sold that the electric cars need brakes sooner. The warranty I purchased at the time I bought the car required brakes to be done at 20K miles. 3. I asked for the Lane Assist to be investigated and fixed since it was not working. This work took two weeks with little communication being volunteered by JLR AH. I called a few times with no call backs until after I requested to speak Sven Larson. I was told he would not be back in town until Monday the 18th. The 19th I did get a call from the Service Rep. The results of the work were less than satisfactory. Two complete failures on the part of JLRAH are: 1. Heater does not work at all now due to whatever the JLRAH service department did. The heater worked before I brought the car in. 2. The Lane Assist does not work either and I feel was not even checked because there was no service ticket prepared to document what the work was going to be done. I assume the other two recalls were carried out. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.
