They always leave my son's haircut very long and I ask them to leave it almost shaved.

I just had my haircut here and the stylist blatantly ignored my instructions and cut my hair the same on all sides. I asked for a size 3 clip for the top and size 2 clip for the sides. I repeated the same measurements each time she asked. She asked a total of 3 times. Then she proceeded to cut my hair incorrectly, she gave me a buzz cut. When the owner asks me for tips he should remember that these incidents are why I don't give tips when I decide to get my hair cut at his location. He is lucky I paid. I will never come back here and I advise other people to do the same. I used to be a regular here and would cut my hair once a month but it seems like they are always getting new people and they are new to styling hair. They charge 16 for a basic cut and add a surcharge of $1 for using credit. For the service they provide it is not justified to charge that high, their hairstylists do not have any certifications to justify this price. The only reason I did not speak to the manager was because he wasn't there.
