I am not one to write a bad review but I truly felt disappointed by this place. I had originally come as a first time client last year in December. I have long hair and this place was affordable on getting a simple trim ($12) I understand pricess are going up but I would have appreciated to know that its now $20. Ok no problem, just wish I was told. But thats not the reason Im writing this review. The reason is because I decided to bring my soon to be 16 year old for a haircut. He has long wavy hair and decided its time for a change, wanted a buzz to have a different look. He had shown the lady a picture of what he wanted and she said ok. After buzzing the sides he then asked to leave hair on top with a bit of length. He showed a picture with the length. She said ok. He asked for a fade where he thought it would look nicer than just a straight buzz. So I asked the lady to do that for him and she said he is asking for a completely different hair cut I said yes ok. She continued to say that and look bothered. I said Im sorry I dont understand the problem, is it something that cant be done? She said no, it can be done, its just that I would have liked to know to not have done different haircuts. My understanding basically was that she didnt want her time wasted. I then proceed to tell her how this was a huge change to my sons look and he was figuring out his own style. She then didnt say anything and went from 1 1/2 buzz to 1, little to no effort on that cut. She looked bothered and as soon as she was done took off the apron. I was so confused as she didnt clean him , or made a comment on her being done or showed him the final look. The cut looked choppy and I felt so disappointed on thinking he would have gotten a decent haircut. I payed and did not tip for the service we had. My husband came back with him and asked the lady to clean him off. People dont just come for their weekly haircuts there are people looking for a haircut to have a new change and these so called professionals are here to help, yet she didnt meet our standard. (Short red haired lady). I felt so bad for my son. He left sad and upset. I would not recommend anyone looking for a new look to come for a haircut.
