I ordered a smoothie and oat bowl here. I realized they charged me full price for it. I went back and told them about it but she just said she forgot and it's a dollar more only. Well it was $2 more and it's not about the amount, it's about the attitude,  correcting things and not just shrugging it off. Not nice and won't be coming back for sure!

We ordered their protein power bowl at the store last week and it was delicious! So today I ordered the same bowl, delivered, as I'm recovering from my surgery and need the protein. Unfortunately, they cut corners and my bowl is only 70% full vs. it was so full that we couldn't close the lid when we got it in the store. Thus it was missing a bunch of the ingredients: coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, peanut butter granola, and peanut butter. Now I doubt I got the 33g protein from this bowl as advertised, and I will definitely not going to order delivery from this location ever!

Gigi helped me with my order. She is always so friendly and makes me feel like part of the Nekter Family. My daughter likes her aa bowl a certain way and Gigi always helps me to remember it! Talk about incredible service!! My mobile orders are always ready ahead of the scheduled time, packed and ready to go when I walk through the door. I love this location and Gigi and ALL the employees go above and beyond to make my experience the best!
