Came here twice. The first time I dropped by at 7:15 the man inside saw me and didnt even open. I thought that was the rudest thing ever considering they close at 7:30 pm. If a business puts in their website they close at 7:30 they should keep their word because people like myself will rush to places like this right after work in hopes to find it open and just to have the person working not even take you into consideration as a customer and see you rush there and not even open just ignore you. That was the RUDEST thing ever. The second time I came , I rushed AGAIN ): I arrived at 7:10 and Closed ! I’ve had the worst experience here and they were rude.

I just want to say that every time I come in to this Cricket store. I always receive excellent customer service. Always greeted with a smile and how can I help you. A hundred percent satisfied. Kudos to the boss as well who drove down from Long Beach to bring a new case for my new phone. I recommend this store to everyone. Great service! Great products.
