We are a Seventh-day Adventist Church that meets on Saturdays and it took us many weeks to find someone that was professional and flexible. Servicemaster responded to my messages very quickly and in a friendly manner. Sometimes we have last minute requests and they really try their best to accommodate them. I will definitely refer this company to my friends and family.

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by JR is the best family owned floor cleaning company in the area. We manage a non profit warehouse facility in Santa Ana and need our floor cleaned every 6 months. Service Master Cleaning by JR has the best prices, are the most responsive and do the best job. They show up on time, with their equipment and get started and don't leave until you are satisfied with the job. The fact that the company is family owned and operated shows when you correspond with them because of how accommodating and personable they are with you. They are great about putting you down 6 months after your most recent visit (or how ever long you request in between cleanings) and they follow up with you to ensure you are taken care of and compliant with your company's regulations. They do a fantastic job and I wouldn't hire anyone else in the area to do any type of floor cleaning besides ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by JR!!

Our office is cleaned by ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning twice a week and they do an awesome job! We went with Josh & his crew about a year ago because we were not happy with our previous cleaning service. We could tell a difference in the quality of work right away! The attention to detail has remained constant since day one. Whenever we need an additional service like carpet cleaning Josh's crew does an amazing job and the price is always very reasonable. In addition to cleaning this company also keeps track of all our cleaning supplies and when we are low they automatically replenish our stock. One less thing for us to think about. I would recommend this company to anybody who's looking for a professional cleaning service with great customer service & communication. Josh is consistently in touch checking in with us to make sure we are getting the best service possible.
