Im not one to complain or write reviews really ever but this experience needs to be shared with other prospective patients. My roommate and close friend paid for a root canal and crown implant. She was not told that both were billed up front and only found out after scheduling the second appointment with a different dentist that this was the case. This office and staff provided no information on how the procedure was going to go. Offered no numbing even upon request. Left her alone in the room upside down for over a half hour. They repeatedly spoke in a foreign language to each other but did not address her throughout the procedure Dr Kim refused to adjust her retainer which was a pre established part of the appointment. He instead tried to bully her into buying a new one with them. He allowed for no questions after the procedure and just left the room. She made many attempts to stand up for herself through this terrible experience and still came home in tears. If youre thinking of booking because of their excellent ratings, I cant imagine how they have them with this kind of patient treatment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Truly the Best dental and orthodontics office. The staff is amazing, friendly and really care about you. The doctors are kind and want to see the best for you. Prices are Great, no wait times. Couldnt recommend enough. Ive had it rough with dental office over the last few yrs and I will never go anywhere else but Mbraces in Anaheim!!

scheduled an appointment at 3:30 to get a consultation about a wisdom tooth growing in. My appointment started 20 minutes late but that was not a big deal to me. It turned out that they could extract my wisdom tooth that day but they told me to come back at 5:30. I came back at the time I was told and still had to wait over an hour just to be seated. I finally got into a seat around 6:30. I opted in for the laughing gas for my extraction but woke up mid procedure to a sharp pain in my mouth and was very freaked out and scared. waking up in the middle of oral surgery was quite traumatic. literally the worst experience of my life

Had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Kim with the help of Caitlyn and they made the process as comfortable and stress-free as possible! Caitlyn helped to explain the whole procedure very well and made me feel at ease during the procedure. Highly recommend both Dr. Kim and Caitlyn for any dental needs!

My family and I  have been a client at M Dental for the past few years; my mother, aunt, and uncle introduced me to M Dental when I was in need of braces. I did consultation with Dr. Paul and have been pleased with my braces. Recently, since the Anaheim location is closer to me, I have been  under Dr. Janet's care and  SHE IS AMAZING!! The time she spends on each client is never rushed and she gives her honest advice to everyone. Yesterday, I overheard a satisfied client saying that his mom is in love with her new smile. The son was also grateful for his dental work saying that he can finally show his teeth when smiling. Dr. Janet's response was, "thats what matters to me..." She's an angel!! Her heartwarming advice, exceptional customer care, and dental knowledge is top notch. I highly recommend M Braces & M Dental!!
