        I called on behalf of my mom asking for a quote for 2 vehicles. At first they were kind enough and answered all my questions. But then when they asked "Who would be driving the cars?" and I said "my mom, one for work and the other one for going out, and I drive any of them once im a while but barely never. Then the guy said in a very high tone" You know what, you're driving the car illegally. We're not interested. And then he hung up the call. He didn't even let me finish my questions or discuss more about it or at least say "Thank you, bye!". He said that in a very rude way and that's not a way to treat prospects. He didn't have to do it hat way. Just because I don't have existing insurance plans with them or even if I don't have, that's not a way to treat customers.

      Charles,My staff spent several minutes answering many of your questions regarding insurance and how Allstate works. You indicated you are not licensed to drive, yet you still illegally drive. The representative let you know that we cannot cover someone who is unlicensed. You insisted on getting a quote even though you are not eligible based on Allstate's underwriting guidelines.
