Pyramid Fence Company

They came out to look at replacing our stair rails and give me a quote. Never heard back from them. Tried to contact them but got no response.

This company should not be in business. The quality was marginal, they ran over our neighbors mail box and didn't tell us, the follow up is almost non-existent. They string you along so you think they are going to fix the problem that they created and they don't show up-over and over agin.

I called and made an appointment to get a quote and nobody showed up. Wasted my time waiting!!

Terrible! Save time and call another company. First, Jeffrey scheduled an appointment to come to my house, I took time off work and waited for him only for him to NOT show up! I called him several times to find out where he was but nothing. I finally get a text response the next day telling me he forgot....seriously!?!! Then he tells me he will swing by my house and I don't need to be there and he will send me a quote. I waited for days....week....no quote. Once again I called and texted him. He sends me a text asking me who I was and he doesnt remember me. I had to refresh his memory. He tells me he doesn't have the quote yet but that he will be sending it soon. Again, nothing. My hisnand reaches out to him and Jeffrey says he doesn't remember us and has no clue who we are. He was rude and very inconsiderate!! Needless to say we did not use him!! We always try to support small local business. But this guy and his company is a joke!
