I walked in here wanting a trim or as I told the lady, cut off all the damaged ends but she completely messed up my hair and cut it super crooked. First of all, I walk in and I think the owner is getting a massage and another lady walks out and she is told to cut my hair. I tell her cut off all the damage and leave it in a V form. The first picture doesnt look as bad but why would she leave a small strand ??? I had my bf cut it off and then after I showered I see the layers are way off & one side is shorter than the other. I think her name is Alejandra dont go here or she will mess up your hair. I had to go get it fixed and now my hair is shorter

I went for a hair dye, I was in the process of lightening it, I came to this place and they ruined everything even though I told them I wanted it a little lighter than what I had and they gave me the darkest one they had, now I have to start over. new
Ps I won't return to this place they don't know how to do their job
