The beds are comfy. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Location is awesome. Price is comparable to others around it. Like that is has an onsite restaurant. Onsite laundry is very nice as well. Pool heater was broken and they said it had been broke for a few weeks. Rooms could use updating. Flooring should be tile or something that is more sanitary. Overall I say this place is a 4-star because of the need for updates. Rooms: Rooms need updating. They do have king options which is nice when traveling with families. Nearby activities: Easy to get to Disney and nearby restaurants by walking.

We stayed in a double queen room. The room was very quiet, even being at the end of the hall on a corner next to the parking lot. There were double sinks which was helpful and the retro style is cool, but the mold smell in the room was awful. The ice maker closest to our room was out of order and the vending machines wouldnt work with a credit card. Overall, the place is old and needs some major updates and repairs. The location close to Disneyland and good restaurants is fantastic for the price.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at The Anaheim Hotel! It started right as we got there. Someone came out to meet us and get our baggage and took it to our room for us. The next day, my sister who is pregnant, got... sick. They helped clean up and even moved us to a new room because the smell of the cleaning products was too overwhelming for her. The manager Jonathan then checked in on her multiple times to make sure she was ok. They brought her ginger ale and crackers. It was comforting to know she was being looked after while we were in the park. When we got back that night, the front desk girl, Victoria, was also just as helpful. They gave us room keys to get our stuff out of the old room and helped move us to the new one. All of the staff we worked with were incredibly helpful and kind to us. We will be staying here again because of the staff and the location is so close to Disneyland! Walkability: We were one light away from the main gate into Disneyland. Such an easy walk!
