Joe saves the day again! I showed up without an appointment or anything and he let me know it would be a couple days before he could get to my equipment. I asked him if he could just take a look at it which he did and let me know what he thought was wrong. Sure enough, he was right and had the part in stock so I could do my own repair.Joe and his family are always so accommodating and professional!
