I've been in business over 25 years and I've never done more loans with a single lender than I've done with Martin Alvarado and his team. As I was representing a seller, another agent brought a buyer who's initial lender could not perform. The other agent assured me that he had a lender, Martin, who could close the deal in 10 days. We gave the extension and Martin closed the deal for us within 10 days. That's how I met Martin..another real estate agent was lucky he saved the day for him and for all involved. Though I use other lenders, Martin and his team have closed 100% of the transactions we've worked on. He comes at the highest recommendation. - Rene.
