I am the owner of a small office building that Nath Property Solutions has managed for over six years. Jeff and his team have been responsible or securing tenants, handling move-outs, managing repairs, and all other issues that I as a property owner would otherwise have done if I were not located on the other side of the country from my property. Even with the distance, I have complete confidence in the manner that Jeff’s firm has handled all aspects of the property. It is an older building, so there is more work required to make sure that it is maintained than a newer building, but I have never doubted that Jeff was on top of any maintenance issues, as well as everything else. Even though the market has been soft in various years that Jeff has managed the property, he has not failed to keep the building full. Equally if not more importantly, he has always found tenants who were good tenants—paid their rent on time, maintained the suites in an appropriate manner, and remained for long periods of time (low turnover) (a property owner’s dream). He is always accessible. If not present when I call, he gets back to me promptly and is responsive to all my inquiries. He is always searching for and finds lower cost solutions to the numerous maintenance issues that arise with a 50-year old building. The most important aspect of Nath Property Solution’s relationship to me is trust. I know that I can trust his judgment on everything from lease rates, repair needs, tenant selection, and all other aspects of property management. I don’t need to second-guess him, micro manage any aspect of the property, or spend time involved in the myriad aspects of property management at which he is so talented. In short, I couldn’t imagine a better property manager.
