I had to call for a tow, and they were really nice about it. The price was reasonable, the service was professional, and they were extremely fast. They got my car towed to the dealership in under an hour!

I received exceptional customer service from Rusty's Wrecker Service! They provided pictures of my vehicle both when it was picked up and dropped off, which I really appreciated. Without a doubt, the customer service experience I recently had was truly exceptional! It's rare to come across businesses that operate as well as this one. Reggie was incredibly genuine, exceptionally kind, and remarkably knowledgeable. He swiftly got my vehicle back up and running in no time at all! Without a doubt, if I ever need any of the services they provide again, Rusty's Wrecker Service will be my only choice!

We booked an appointment with them friday everything is all set. they said the driver will be there 12pm on monday. but they didnt arrive. we called them to ask for an update. no records of the appointment according to the representative (she is very rude). she said she can set up the tow. from $165 initial price they change it to $245 then we need to wait another hr for them to come. Unprofessional. Will never use this company again Service: Car towing

They did an awesome job. Very courteous and professional. Will use them again if the need arises. Service with a smile. They cominicated efficiently. Drove out 30 mins and brought my car home for a reasonable price. Great service!
