This is my second time using this shipping company and it has gone just as well as it did the first time. My car was picked up and dropped off on time, communication between the driver and my agent Lindsay Stine was perfect, the price wasnt outrageous. Overall good company and good experience.

These guys are more responsive and communicate better than their competitors. I cancelled with another company because havent heard anything in about 7 days and I was 2 days into my 5-day pickup window. When I called Easy Auto Ship, Collin immediately helped me and within 2 hours, confirmed a next day pickup as I requested. I asked for details on the transport because I was shipping a corvette and I wanted an enclosed trailer. Within minutes, Collin sent photos of inside and outside of the truck. The hauler picked up my car and was very communicative along the way. He also dropped off my car 2 days early. Clearly it was a good transport company because he had nothing but exotics. Car arrived with no issues. Ill do business again!

Please do NOT trust this company. Lindsay the Senior Account Manager handled my transaction. I paid extra to have the car arrive within the week. Shouldve known better but she was very convincing. They have come up with a different excuse every day as to why the car has not arrived. I still do not have it and dont know when to expect it! Should have put an AirTag in the vehicle. They are now not responding to my request of a refund on the extra amount paid to have it arrive within the week. Please use another company!

RULE #1 ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO GET AN EMAIL WITH THE QUOTE THEY GIVE YOU. David is a SCAM artist. He initially provided a quote of $1,300 for transporting my car, but when I requested an email confirmation of the quote, I never received it. Lucky me, I documented details from our conversation (I do this everytime I'm talking about money especially when its a large amount). I had written down the quoted amount of $1,300. When the time came to ship my car, David asked me, "do you remember what I quoted you" I said of course I do, I have it written down, $1,300. He said, "I don't think I quoted you that, that doesn't sound like a number I would say". He proceeded to say, "That was way too low of a number to ship my car from LA to New Jersey" Thankfully I reached out to multiple car shipping companies and had numerous of other quotes who quoted me THE SAME PRICE. All of this to say - get multiple options and keep those options OPEN till the last minute because you can get a scam artist like David who will change the price last minute. ***Also, ALWAYS ask for the quote to be emailed to you so there is a paper trail between both parties****
