I encountered a very awful experience two days before Valentines Day. I had previously ordered a total of 300 roses from the shop as I am a local florist. on February 13 I Send a text message to a gentleman that works at the flower shop advising him that I would be stopping by to pay for the flowers as well to pick them up He did take several hours to reply, but eventually did telling me that he had came across a problem, and that my flowers would not be delivered on time. My heart completely dropped as I had orders that were already Paid for for Valentines Day The lame excuse he gave me was that the shipment was not gonna arrive. I know It had to be a lie because I know other high desert florist get their flowers from this shop as well so youre telling me that none of our flowers arrived??? Not just mine right and the fact that only mines were delayed and were not gonna arrive.He mustve sold my Flowers to another florist that might be a regular there and I know that I was new with them but that was completely wrong what they did. the fact that I was new to them did not give them the right to just not deliver my roses to me as I had ordered in advance with time, I was, and still am very disappointed with them, because as much as They have their clientele. I have clients as well.. They are in my city, but I would rather drive down the hill and get flowers from somewhere else and giving them my money after what they did to me.

First time ordering local flowers. It was an amazing experience. Spoke to the lady that listed her phone on Google. She was nice and professional. I called and texted her. She got my daughter a well arranged flowers. This was customized. See images.

I ordered flowers for my husbands funeral services and they truly are the best shop in the high desert. You can't beat the price and the flowers were gorgeous. I highly recommend this shop, and customer service was great. Thank you
