Christen took my all my information seemed helpful, and knew about my deadline. And said she would get back to me. They left me hanging at least the could of told me if they could insure or not. So they wasted my time. When I could been looking somewhere else. Dissatisfied customer

They must not want business, I called them on a Tuesday Morning and spent 30 min on the phone with the Person going over all the details of my 3 cars and home looking to get a Quote on new Insurance. Followed up the next day and was told a Email or Phone call will be sent, No Reply. The next day I call same thing. So today is Friday and I was told they would call me back and go over my Quote and NOPE no Phone Call or Email. Now I'm looking over the other reviews and see others have been treat just as bad. Its not easy to go over all the information they require to quote you but if you cant do it say so and don't waist our time.
