We had received the best service from Ebbetts Pass Gas company we ever had. When we arrived at night at our cabin, we found out that we ran out of gas. Heater, water heater, fireplaces as well as gas stove did not work. We submitted the request form on EPG website around 2 am without expecting anything. At the morning around 10 am the gas tank was full. Thanks a lot Mike and EPG for the great service!

We have been customers of EPG for over 20 years. On a few occasions we have had to call in for propane during the winter and it has never been in issue to get propane. We are located in Bear Valley where the roads are not plowed, Now we are told we will wait for over a month to get propane. meanwhile our entire house is cold, large window has broken and the excuse is that a company out of Chicago bought EPG and they cant do the same service. This is really a tragedy and our hands our tied without and propane, no hot showers, no ability to heat the house cook. it was a cold winter and the furnace ran higher than usual, the house was not used more than normal. Who is the fool in Chicago that is making the best winter in decades miserable for us
