Our stay at Chesa Madrisa was fantastic! The house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 12, 11 & 7). Lots of space to hang out and relax. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide everything you would need- our kids loved exploring the huge game closet and we truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (and pantry)! We can't wait to come back for another stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful and comfortable home in a quiet area and it has everything you could possibly think of or need for a great, relaxing vacation. Hillary goes out of her way to provide a fantastic experience and she is truly remarkable to work with. You really will enjoy this mountain retreat!

Excellent vacation property. Close to all Highway 4 attractions. Especially loved Calaveras Big Trees, Lake Alpine, Bear Valley music festival plus so much more. Air conditioning was a huge plus given the hot weather during our stay. Spacious kitchen, spacious living room, spacious bedrooms. Did I mention it was roomy? Resort interior with a cabin feel to it. Amenities are over the top. Small children loved the toy closet. Property Manager, Hillary, is the best.

Beautiful house! Location is great, and family friendly with toys, games, etc. Very well stocked kitchen. Property manager very responsive. Hope to stay here again.
