      image Waited 30 minutes for an Americano with steamed half and half. Unbelievable! My wife's order came out in 10, along with the food. When inquired about the remaining drink, the girl at the counter says, "it will be ready, when it's ready!" I do understand it's a busy store, but this response is unprofessional, and rude!
