I usually dont rate but when its always the same bad service I mean corporate should step in n fix it. Ordered thru the app i gave the girl on the drive tru the number. She keep asking about the number I had to repeat myself 3 times. I specifically asked for a frappe mocha and she keep saying caramel. They still got my order wrong they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and a iced mocha and when I told her of the mistake she got a nasty attitude with me telling me NO u said this. Like excuse me i was being patient and kept repeating myself during my ordering process. Worse experiences always in this location.
