They made a mistake in filling out information on our ITIN application. We have been waiting since March. You call them and they tell you to come so they can help you with what they need but that they are going to charge you for what they didn't do right (when the mistake was theirs). I am disappointed in the service they provide since if they have time dedicating themselves to this, they should know the procedures better and train their secretaries well.

I agree with the other reviewers, do not go here unless you want to waste your money. They really don't care about being a legitimate business, might as well do your own work.
