My family stayed in this vacation rental and had a wonderful time. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. There were cozy blankets to use in the living room, games for the kids, extra blankets for the beds, a gas grill on the deck, a fully stocked kitchen and even flashlights in case the power went out. It is very thoughtfully laid out. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had including favorite restaurants, hiking spots and places of interest. The view from the deck is great and a really nice spot to end a fun day watching a sunset. We will definitely return and plan to make this a yearly trip.

OUTSTANDING stay at Avila Beach Apartments & Vacation Rentals! The owners, Danny and Jan, were so helpful and the property was absolutely perfect! There is a wonderful deck with an ocean view. Great for barbecues! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I just wish I had found this property four years ago when my daughter first started at Cal Poly!

I would leave a six star review if that was an option!
From start to finish, the property owner/manager was very kind, helpful, responsive and professional. We loved how clean and fresh entire unit felt. There's an incredible beach view and one of my favorite aspects of this rental was the heavenly smell of the beach on the balcony.
This is our new go to home away from home! The locations was perfect, and there was a lot to do on the adorable beachfront strip. It's filled with restaurants, stores, and so much more. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be planning another trip soon!

Nice appartnents, guest parking, it is a safe area, but during the summer there is a lot of foot traffic from people trying to access the beach. The golf course borders the north side so the view is really nice. You are only 5 minutes from all the areas attractions, golf, concerts, public pier, fishing!!
