Taylor is an amazing realtor that is very knowledgeable of the San Luis Obispo County market He spent so much time showing us homes either in person or through detailed videos. Most importantly, he wanted us to be honest about our needs and in return, found us the home we were looking for. Taylor and his team were INCREDIBLE and HELPFUL in every way. He was also super positive and never got tripped up by anything that came up. Instead, he always had solutions and guided my sister and I every step of the way. Taylor helped by giving me every bit of information, including boxes and lists of vendors. He even filled out laborious forms required and filed them for us.
His style of marketing was so professional and truly made an old house shine for the market. He spent several hours with a professional photographer to get the perfect lighting and shots. He used a drone and made an amazing video for social media. He gave us suggestions and truly made every attempt to sell my parent's home. He had open houses and gave us feedback with every prospective buyer.
He was personable and so friendly in every way. His expertise was also very realistic in guiding us to have the perfect price to help the home sell quickly. He was an excellent negotiator. He even connected a good friend and I who contacted him from Hawaii. We hadn't seen or spoken in years ( class of "75 SLOSH) and Taylor took the time to give me her number. Talk about going above and beyond.
I must also mention his lovely wife and precious baby. What a special and loving family who exudes kindness and love. These are rare qualities and are why you should hire Taylor and his team to help you sell your property or find you a special home. It doesn't matter what the price point is. His passion is to help people. His love and commitment to helping you to be successful is a winning formula on every aspect of his personae.
Selling my parent's home was not an easy task. My family had the house since the 1960's and there were so many memories. In the end, a lovely couple were able to purchase the home and live near their grandchildren. I couldn't have imagined such a positive ending.
I could go on and on. I recently was thinking of selling my home in Virginia and wished I could find a realtor and man, who was as wonderful as Taylor to sell my property.

Only review I've ever done and knowing this is an easy review it all speaks for itself! Taylor has a no non-sense approach while still bringing in a personal touch. He works collaboratively to bring together the best market price possible! He was able to get 5 offers in two days and all over ask which was listed over all estimations of respected sites such as Zillow, Realtor and Redfin. If you want someone that you feel like works for you when it's your house and your investment at stake. I feel grateful that I called and found him.
