From the moment I called this establishment, they were nothing but helpful. Julie is such a kind and sweet lady who helped me with every single issue that I had and there were a few. I probably had called 15 other shops and none of them wanted to help. Finally got in touch with this shop and Julie was quick, helpful and all around a pleasure. With 2 text messages and a picture we were rolling. The shop helped me with all of the insurance and took care of everything. Steven was on the insurance like white on rice and made sure things kept moving. I received calls at least twice a week to update me on what was going on and what was still needed. I was never in the dark about anything going on. I cant recommend this place enough. Give them a call. You wont regret it !! Thanks guys. The flex is back on the road !!

I was travleing with my family from Sacramento to Palm Springs. About an house from Bakersfield my battery light came on. I called an auto repair place but they did not have time today but recomended Rosedale Automotive. Kristen and her creo were able to complete the repair quicker that I had anticiparted. Very impressed. If I lived in Bakersfield they would be my car repair place. Thank you!
