Very horrible service. Slow and extreme lack of knowledge. I have to call customer service line and they tell me I was given wrong info from the branch. Manager too doesn't know their stuff. This bank is a nightmare.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BANK.. The Staff is Great! Everyone is so professional, sweet & helpful. They really take care of us. (Only downside, is that once in a while the lines are LOOONG. But once you get to the window, they take care of your banking needs).

I've been going to this branch several times and haven't had to much trouble. I'm the one who usually comes in with the complicated question/transaction (I follow all the recommended steps to do what I wanted done to avoid having to go in). Regarding ATM limits, you can, you can log into your BofA app and increase the daily limit for your withdrawals. You don't need an associate to help you with that. Just use the Erica bot to set it up. Also, I learned something new today about moving money from one account to another (belonging to 2 different people, but both are with B of A). You can add the other person or company (if it's a mortgage) under bill pay--->add payee-->company then inter the info. This is where it gets annoying, you have to put the COMPLETE POSTAL ZIP CODE as it appears on your mortgage statement (e.g., 12345-6789). If you only put your 5- digit zip, you'll get an error every time!
