        Horrible online ordering! Just placed an order online, and tried to cancel right after since I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and was told by customer service that you only have 30 mins to cancel the order! I asked her how many minutes it had been because I had just placed the order. And she tells me it has been 35mins!!! So because I took an extra 5mins longer, suddenly they cant cancel an order? It still shows as processing online and hasnt even been shipped out yet, its 7:30pm, so why tf they cant cancel it for, God only knows! Stupid Ridiculous Policy that makes zero sense. Will never order Macys online ever again!
