CVS

I miss Riteaide, their staff were always very pleasant and had a good attitude and the outside of the store was alway clean unlike this place. The outside of the store is dirty, the plants are all dead and its definitely a reflection of the staff as well.

I was shopping for Instacart on January 6th at the CVS on Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield and I was immediately greeted by am associate named Joseph. I asked him for assistance finding the 2 items I needed. He helped me find the first item and obtain an excellent replacement for the second item. Once I got my items, Joseph helped me at checkout. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome in the store. I will definitely shop here again if all the employees are as welcoming as Joseph was. Keep up the great work CVS. Thank you.

All the workers in this CVS are still amazing it's the pharmacist that makes this pharmacy the worst. As soon as Kayla left I thought I'd give them a try for a couple months and that pharmacist is rude, disrespectful, and does not belong in a customer service atmosphere. Not only was he disrespectful to my wife he was also to me and while we waited on our prescription I heard him countlessly be rude to all other customers picking up the prescriptions in which he had to deal with. Deal with, is the terminology I'm using because that's how we acted at no point should this person be involved with customers. He clearly acts as if he hates he clearly acts as if he hates. He is clearly unhappy with his current appointment and wants everyone else to be as unhappy as him. I've been going to this pharmacy since it's been opened and currently changed to the other one on coffee because of this one individual who wants everyone else to have as bad a day as him.
