Takes 7weeks to get your glasses if you have medical insurance 7 days if you pay$500 cash and wouldn't give me prescription to get glasses elsewhere and again said I could get them in 7 days for almost $500 if I pay cash but 7 weeks with my insurance I am still waiting for the glasses 6 weeks now although I have a very hard prescription I was told

Definitely should have read reviews before waiting over one month to get in. Receptionist Cathy is very rude and talks over you and would not let me speak to an office supervisor or manager. So flipping post I waiting this long for such bad customer service. And not even to get in to get my eyes checked. This place really needs to step up their attitude and look at their reviews. Horrible

I should have read the reviews before booking . They didnt allow an adult in with a minor . My nephew came out and he said the optometrist was rude and told him to hurry up so he just started saying random letters I just wish he would have told me this while we were in the clinic . I wouldnt be surprised if his prescription is not accurate. I would not recommend this place .
