Scheduled Valentines Day delivery and flowers were never delivered. Emailed multiple times with no replies and calls go to voicemail and dont call me back, going to have to go in person to get my refund

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day and never received them. Also call to contact then never answered

My bf ordered several items totaling nearly $200. Upon delivery they delivered probably $40 worth of flowers and they forgot everything else that was ordered with the package (balloons, chocolates, a card). He was on the phone with them nearly all day trying to locate the missing items and was promised call backs that never happened, hung up on more than twice. I get Valentines is a busy time for florists however the lack of preparedness was very evident. Having to deal with rude and unreliable employees after spending nearly $200, Ill remind myself just to go to Vons next year.

My husband never orders me flowers and he tried doing something special for me for Valentines Day. The bouquet he ordered was supposed to be an extra large bouquet for $150!! And when I received it I was happy and sent him a photo. But to our surprise it wasnt even close to the one he purchased. It had 4 orange roses, wilted regular daisys, yellow flowers. When it was supposed to be red and pink roses and pink Gerbera Daisys. So you should understand our dissatisfaction when he spent that much money on something he could have gotten at a grocery store for a fraction of the price. The lady he spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. My husband is a truck driver and was just trying to do something nice for me since he wont be home. And she told him my options were for him to pick up another one today or tomorrow or they could deliver another tomorrow. Unfortunately I have very low expectations for what Ill be receiving. If you want your moneys worth, please do not go here!
