I've been with this guy for about 2 years now and I've never had one problem. actually he has been super understanding in situations out of my control and always finds a way or a solution. I'm fine rite here no need to go anywhere else when we got people like J.

If it was for me I would give this place a 0 star. My experience with Total Express Insurancece to start the person there does not have professionalism when talking to his clients who is giving him business...yes they offered me cheaper price on insurance but i also paid a broker fee. it was until yesturday that i noticed of some irregularities when I called him for the amount of my payment he told me a higher price then what he had told me in March I was going to be paying for april. I right away called the number on my policy and I was told I still owed for the month of March because he only sent them $53 dollars instead of the $200 and some I gave him. I was also told that as of April my payment was of $46.28 when he had told me $90 a month. When I called Jay to ask for a payment history he mumbled and he said he wasnt sure he could provide me with that information. I went directly to him and requested a payment history of a year he gave me something different and because I insisted he only gave me copies of receipts and thats where I noticed other charges that he himself could not explain he only said "oh those are service fees" I told him fees for me to come and pay you I was charged in different months the amouns of $27, 37, $49 plus the $10 or $15 dollars he charges for paying either over the phone with him or with him at his store. I feel that this kind of people should not have a license to operate and have hidden fees that they cant even explain themselves. Specially in this hard times that we are going thru with the COVID 19.

For starters $250 Brokers fee. They got my birthday and address wrong when we signed up (even though I gave them a picture of my ID) so I fixed it with their corporate office only to find out it cost $70 to fix a mistake they made. This was not told to me before the corporate office fixed it. They just charged me. Not to mention that theyre rates are not what they quote. The owner doesnt have normal business hours. The office is closed and opened whenever they want, and they charge you $15 to pay your bill in office. When in reality their corporate office told me they should only be charging $5. They rip people office that are on a budget and just trying to get some insurance. The owner is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. He told me I anywhere I go has hidden fees as an excuse for charging me $40 more a month that was never disclosed to me. And that if I am unhappy with his business I can go somewhere else and that I miss out on all the money I already payed. Would never recommend this insurance to anyone. Majority of their clientele is Hispanic people that dont speak well English and that are easy for them to scam.
