        Have been with this agency now for a couple of years. In the beginning they were helpful and convenient in that we could walk to the office. Over time they have not been so helpful and we have had issues with getting calls returned. Just yesterday we called in the early afternoon with an important question about our policy as we need to add coverage. The first person transferred us to a Freddy and he told us that he needed to ask a question and that we would receive a call back in 5 minutes well here we are the next day and NOTHING. We have tried calling the general number for AllState but they have told me twice that we need our actual agent to answer the questions. Hmmm how are we supposed you do that when they will not call us back. I will most likely be changing AllState agents next week.
