We were so please with their professionalism by their honesty about what regulations are on deposits, codes, concerned about accessibility for aging, just the things you don't think about. They're very observant to your needs and styles. I love that they have the same employees all the time. No surprises. Now we're doing the kitchen together. I'm so excited because I love what our bathrooms look like. God is good to bring them into our lives. My sister used this company and it was a nightmare. They were dishonest and unprofessional. A complete kitchen remodel that was supposed to take 8-10 weeks took 10 months and still wasn't  finished. They were sneaky and used tactics such as rushing you into decisions based on things being on "sale". The workmanship was sub par  and many projects had to be redone by other professionals to even get to code. After 10 months (and still not finished)  they ended relationship with company. Do not believe their promises. STAY AWAY.

Blue River has completely redesigned our kitchen, home office, and the cabinetry in our family room. The kitchen is so beautiful and functional! Annette and Michelle are wonderful to work with, included everything on my wish list, and had great ideas that I hadn't thought of. The cabinets, countertops, and appliances are all top of the line. Each of their employees was professional, polite and cleaned up each day.  Our home office is exactly what we hoped for; a beautiful room that helps to organize our daily lives. in addition to their quality work, their cost is much lower than the other designers who gave us quotes. Next on the agenda is a complete overhaul of our bathroom.
