        Horrible customer service from the waitress. The food and customer service is terrible . The waitress spilled hot menudo on one of our family members, was not apologetic and became even more rude afterwards. Very, very, rude with her customer service. Will never come back to Rubens because of this waitress being very rude and not being self conscious of her actions by spilling hot menudo on our party member which also ruined our celebration. Nothing but a horrible memory at Rubens restaurant at 4500 Gosford Rd.
