Firehouse Subs California Pavilion

I came in yesterday passing 11 in the morning and I was helped by the employee she reeked like alcohol I dont understand why they dont have a higher stander for their employees, I dont know her name since she didnt have a name tag. She had silver hair, and she was short in height, poor customer service.

They take to long for the food when nobody is there. they even give your food to someone else n they have to remake it. Food is good they need better staff.

I brought a friend here for their first time and really talked it up last night on December 8th around 8:30 p.m. and I ordered two large beef and cheddar brisket a mac and cheese and a chili and I knew it was going to be expensive it was $45. Well I had just worked in the cold all day and was rushing home so didn't check the bag until I got home and they didn't even put the chili in there. So I paid $6 for no chili. It's one thing if you make something wrong but to not include it at all they just got $6 almost for free. It's not hard to check the order and make sure you've included everything before handing it over and yes I should have checked it too but I'm paying for a service and I should receive my food either way
