Juicy Burger

Never write reviews but just had to do it this time. Im never going back. Its been years since Ive gone to Juicy burger. I ordered my burger online, you would think they were in no rush to make it since they said my food will be ready in 30 mins and the place was empty. Now I know why. Burger was flavorless. They didnt add Ortega and Guacamole in my burger when I had requested it. They charged me for it. If they didnt have Ortega and guacamole they should have just told me when I went to go pick up my food and at least given me a refund or a $5 gift card. I had requested a banana milkshake and they told me they didnt have that flavor so I went ahead and changed it to a cookies and cream milkshake. It was not that great either. The only ok thing were the fries. Like I said, never going again!

No joke, their burgers are bomb. Fries aren't really that special. Still, it's too bad the burger is smallish. One of the best in the downtown area

Nice and friendly environment, the food was delicious, nice and freshly made to order. Would definitely come back again to try the other food in the menu.

I had the pastrami burger and it was delicious. My family also enjoyed their food as well. We don't eat out much because our Queen cooks all the time and she said she enjoyed her fish and chip meal.
