I cant say that Bakersfield Injury won my case. I cant say that they got millions for me. I was in a car accident. I went to several attorneys, but none of them would even talk to me for more than a few minutes before saying they could not take my case. The guy I met with at Bakersfield Injury took the time to review all the reports and chat with me about the case. They also rejected my case, but they took the time to explain to me why. Neither I nor the other driver had current insurance. The other driver was at fault, but no one was hurt. The guy at B.I. didnt just sent me away. He gave me forms for small claims court and explained what to do to sue the other driver on my own. He was very helpful. I highly recommend B.I.

I got hit by a car while crossing the street. I visited several lawyers, but they said (1) I caused the accident, (2) I wasnt hurt too bad, (3) the guy who hit me probably didnt have much insurance anyway, or (4) some other excuse. They all shuffled me out of the office as fast as they could and treated me like trash. Bakersfield Injury was different. I chatted with Hector for over half an hour. I mentioned the problems other law firms mentioned, and he just kept saying stuff like, well, we can still try, cant we? They really did try. The buy who hit me only had $15,000 in insurance, but Bakersfield Injury got the full amount for me. They fight for the little guy.Other attorneys seem to be looking for that one big case, but Bakersfield injury seems to want to help everyone.They really helped me.
