I called Bakersfield Pest Control on May 25 and explained that we needed a pest control service - we are in a new development and are seeing large red ants, lines of black ants in the backyard, and other bugs. The lady on the phone was not friendly but she was thorough. She told me that the next available appointment would be June 2nd so I said great, I’ll take it. She took my name, address, phone number, and email. Let me know pricing and that I would be receiving a call the day before to schedule a time to come out. I waited all day June 1st for a phone call, text, email, anything for my June 2nd appointment and received nothing. I waited on my appointment day as well, hoping I’d still get a call about them coming out. Didn’t receive anything again, not even to say oops we missed your appointment, sorry we were busy, let’s set up another day, etc. It is now June 4th and I am wondering why I was even scheduled and asked for every single piece of contact information I could have given. They must not want my business that bad. Too bad because they seem to have the best reviews. I will look for Pest Control elsewhere.
