They were punctual, really professional, took the time to understand the problem, quickly fixed it, and provided instructions on how to avoid such problems in the future. AWESOME SERVICE! I've had a lot of plumbing firms work on my house, but I have to say that this is the first one where I really felt like they cared about finding and fixing my problems. They were polite and well-organized, and the office was always sure to let me know when they would arrive. Candida, my technician, was excellent! He was incredibly knowledgeable and obviously passionate about doing the job well. He supported me in dealing with my homeowners insurance, and he saw the project through to completion. Unlike other businesses, which would dispatch various technicians if it required multiple trips. Bakersfield Plumbers has been found. I can't say enough good things about this business and Candida. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience!
