Jesse and his crew were awesome. They replaced my pressure reducing valve and main shutoff, installed a whole home filtration system, replaced my water softener, and replaced 2 hose bibs. I'm also going to have them back soon to replace my water heater. It was very clear to me that they will do whatever it takes to do the job right. They don't cut corners. For the filtration system they were sure to pay very close attention to the manufacturers instructions to ensure my warranty would remain valid if I ever had a problem. Jesse is also very easy to communicate with, and very competitively priced. I'd absolutely recommend him.

We've used Jesse at SD Rooter Co on three separate properties and will continue to use him for any projects in the future. He's helped with sump pumps, plumbing rearrangement, and backed up drains. His pricing is always fair but best of all he's by far the most responsive and communicative plumber in San Diego. We use him, we recommend him, and everyone loves his service. I have used SD Rooter twice now. Once for a really big sewer project and another time for a spigot repair and addition of a pressure valve. Both times Jesse was very responsive, kept me informed, did what he was supposed to, and sent pictures of completed work. I was very pleased and would use him again. I review and recommend Jesse and his team any chance I can. They are incredibly professional, responsive and always work with us on our jobs. We've had issues with plumbing while we've been across the country and he not only fixed the problem but he's coordinated with our tenants, sent us photos, and responded late night. We've compared his pricing to unlicensed handymen and other licensed plumbers, and he is always either competitive or better. Plumbing is always expensive, but keep in mind with SD Rooter Co you get wayyyy more than what you pay for. He'll get jobs done on the weekend and nights for emergencies. Jesse cares about his business and cares about his clients. He has gone above and beyond to not only earn our business but also our friendship and respect as a fellow professional.
