They are rude and they charge to much money to tow your vehicle and oh my god if it gets tow by police its even worse

Let me just say, I dont know where the negative reviews have come from. The people here have a heart of gold. My car was stolen, recovered by BPD, and towed here. I, like others, read reviews to see what to expect and was nervous because many people had negative things to say. My experience was very different than many. Christina in the front is super sweet and helpful. In a time when I was very emotional and overwhelmed, she was more than patient. She helped me with advice and with lending a listening ear when I needed to vent. I know that there may be a lot of cars here that are police seizures/impounds so I think its important for people to note that she can't really give you advice about those. Based on my experience, Im sure she would help if she could. I feel blessed that she was nothing like the reviewers try to make her out to be. And you know what? Even both drivers that helped me by taking me to my car were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. I do not have a bad thing to say about my experience with Barnetts Towing.

I definitely recommend them They arrived fast, good price, good customer service and they did such a great job even though it was a lifted truck he had no problem towing our truck. I give them 5 stars but wish I can give them more. Thank you so much Service: Car towing

Had my car towed by Travis from Barnetts. He was very professional and had my car loaded in no time. Christina in the office was very helpful and patient when I had to pick my car up. All around had a nice experience with this company and in the future if I happen to have car problems I know who I can call on. Service: Car towing
