Phone rang for about 5 minutes then went to voicemail. I did call at 3:30 pm. So it was past lunch time and way before closing. They might be out of business, no receptionist to answer calls and take messages, or down due to coronavirus. Right after I hung up without leaving a message I called Golden Empire towing and they took care of me. Best towing service I have ever had. I plan to put them on speed dial. They took care of me throughout the whole process and had lots of effective communication to where I knew where my vehicle was at during the whole process.
Anywho, don't waste your time calling Arrellano Towing, you will only be wasting your minutes, just call Golden Empire Towing and save yourself some time. Especially if you are in an emergency.
