        Was in town and I decided to my 2020 tax return. A fiend recommend Simple Tax Services , come to find out the owner has the same last name as I do! She is very well organized , friendly and professional person, did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Simple Tax, and definitely has my services for next year.

        So attentive, very informative and answers anytime highly recommend!! Will be back! The owner is very on her calls considering she’s a single mother and is very family oriented when life’s small inconvenient moments gets in the way. If you want quality customer service stop by and see for yourself.

        Lack of customer service and professional conduct, avoided my calls, did not call back when they said they would. Said they will help fix a problem caused by them but they never did. I had to pay someone else to fix their mistakes
